Thanks for this. I’m still trying to decide if I like Feed on Feeds better than NewsGator, but your style helps a lot! Thanks again.

I got bored the other day, and wrote wp-cron-feedonfeeds, a plugin for my WP-Cron plugin, so that my visitors trigger the update-quite.php, instead of using a real cron job. I think I did it just because I could, but it works well. Just thought I’d share. =)
