Okay, I missed this when it was posted a couple of weeks ago and rolled my own rework of this plugin. Seems to have been for naught, although I do like my revamped admin interface.

I’m using wordpress version 2.3 as well and the plugin isn’t working..
I do hope it’ll be fixed soon

I really would like to set a right padding to the image title, it's also for image matching purpose. We have the left padding but not the right one. I know it is not useful for most of your plug ins users, but maybe...

Question: there is any kind of spanish support for accents and characters like "ñ" ...etc

Just wanted to give you an update.

I changed the code from what you had to just

img { border:none; }

and it took it out of the front page as well as any other pages
