For those don’t know know from where this reference springs, it was from a quote by Jason Jones — project lead for Halo 2 at Bungie — when asked what Halo 2 would be like:

Haven’t seen The Incredibles yet either, but I have seen the previews. And yes! Syndrome does look like Mr. HM! I knew he looked familiar, but couldn’t quite place it.
