I almost feel bad for him. The Hurricanes’ Rod Brind’Amour reviews Shrek 2. Here’s a little snippet to give you a taste, with questionable English highlighted for your pleasure:
This sequel has a lot to live up to, following the enormous succes of the original, and judged by the crowds at the theater this weekend, it is well on it’s way to fullfilling those expectations. Once again the overidding theme of this movie is about a swamp-dwelling ogre and how true love conquers beauty.
First time I’ve heard of “a swamp-dwelling ogre” being a theme apart, and God knows that beauty needs conquering! Down with the attractive!! I kid, Rod, thanks for the impressions.
